11 421 KM walked over 15 million steps.

Doing more kilometers meant I could reach more people.

Stepping for every impact.

What is the Weight of your Steps? What will be your impact?

Here are my daily bests from all the provinces I walked across.

Some of which, with an over 400 + lbs trailer in tow.

British Columbia -
59 km    Mt.Robson to just inside the border
Alberta -
60 km    Edmonton to Elk Lake
Saskatchewan -
60 km    Maymont to Langham
Manitoba -
54 km    Shoal Lake to a rest stop outside Minnidosa

The rest were set with the 200+lbs jogging stroller.
Newfoundland -
59 km    Stephenville exit to Midway Motel
Nova Scotia -
57 km    Baddeck to North Sydney ferry
Prince Edward Island -
64 km    Wood Island to the east side

of Charlottetown
New Brunswick -
57 km    Welsford to Burton
Quebec -
64 km    Montebello to Gatineau
Ontario -
74 km    Kingston to Bellville.

This all done with making calls to the media,

talking with people, dealing with weather

and looking for food water and shelter.

The land bent and folded me like in the makings of a sword,

and the people I met gave me the materials

to withstand the impact.

Just so you don't think my daily best

were all surrounded by rest;

here is the week surrounding the Kingston to Bellville journey.

Kanata to Numogate    51 km
Numogate to Seeleys Bay    61 km
Seeleys Bay to Kingston    47 km
Kingston to Bellville    74 km
Bellville to Brighton    34 km
Brighton to Port Hope    48 km
Port Hope to Witby     52 km

Prince Edward Island was passed in two days
Wood Island to Charlottetown
64 km
Charlottetown to Borden / Carleton    48 km
Into New Brunswick
Borden / Carleton to Cap Pele
50 km
Cap Pele to Moncton    43 km

The next day a 50 km walk followed by a 38 km walk into Sussex.

Many Kilometers to Run

The More Support
The Farther I Travel

I have been witnessing excitement and much support along this journey. This has moved me.

Moved me in further off the highway into more communities that I would like to reach.

Many people across Canada are asking when I will be entering their own communities.

As I am moving along solo, I have to take each day as it presents itself and adjust accordingly.

Keep following closely and offering your support.

I will do my very best to reach you along the way.

I thank everyone so much for making this journey possible and together, we can reach far beyond expectations. Far beyond what we can imagine.

I have now blended the two map routes together and will head into Toronto this year and move into communities in Southern Ontario. See You Soon.
